Reading the guides

The guide website does not ask you to create an account or upload estate documents. We do not use analytics trackers on these pages. Cloudflare hosts and delivers the site and may process IP addresses, request details, device/browser information, and security logs to operate and protect its services. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Google advertising

We have applied to Google AdSense. At launch, the site includes an AdSense ownership meta tag and an ads.txt record; these do not load Google advertising scripts or set advertising cookies. No Google ad script is currently loaded on our guide pages.

If ads are enabled later, Google and its partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or other identifiers to deliver, measure, and personalize advertising. We will provide required consent choices before enabling advertising where consent is required, and update this policy to reflect the actual configuration. Email and external links

If you contact us, your email provider and ours process your message. We use it to respond and address the issue. Please send no private estate documents. Official-source links and other external sites have their own privacy policies.

Ledger demo

The executor workspace at ledger.trustsandwills.us stores estate records and processed receipt images locally in your browser. The separate /demo sample uses its own storage, so resetting sample records does not clear your workspace. No shared server database or cross-device synchronization is provided. Its privacy policy is available within the demo. Clearing browser data may remove your records. Public guides do not read the demo's storage.

Your choices

You can read without an account, block cookies through your browser, and contact us about access, correction, or deletion of information you have sent us. We retain correspondence only as reasonably needed to address the request and applicable obligations; hosting providers manage their operational logs under their policies.

Appearance preference

The public site saves your light or dark mode choice in browser local storage under twus-theme. This preference stays on your device and is not an advertising identifier. If browser storage is unavailable, the switch still works for the current page.
