Trusts & Wills and Everstead provide self-help template generation, educational information, and organizational tools only. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice, representation, or attorney-client privilege. Generated materials may contain errors or omissions and are not approved legal instruments.

Our limited Nevada workflow assembles proposed language from your selections. Automated assembly, a completed questionnaire, and a download do not establish that a document is legally sufficient or appropriate. No attorney has reviewed or approved your entries or generated packet.

Always obtain final attorney review

Always have an independent attorney licensed in the relevant jurisdiction review and finalize every legal document before you sign, notarize, file, transfer property, or otherwise rely on it. This release produces review drafts only: do not sign them. A notary does not replace legal review, and notarization alone does not establish validity or fund a trust.

Choose your own independent attorney licensed where the relevant legal issues arise. Ask them to assess suitability, applicable law, capacity, ownership, beneficiaries, family rights, tax and benefits consequences, execution, and funding. We do not select that attorney for you, supervise their work, or promise a particular outcome.

Using a template is your decision

You choose the information entered and decide, with independent professional advice, what action to take. Review every provision and resolve omissions or conflicts before use. Do not rely on a draft as evidence that a trust exists, a person is authorized to act, or an asset has been transferred. Notarization verifies aspects of execution as applicable; it is not substantive legal approval.

No guarantees; limits on responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pacifica Games LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, and service providers disclaim warranties and liability for loss arising from use of or reliance on the tools, templates, or outputs, including ordinary negligence where its exclusion is lawful. This does not exclude fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. The full terms explain these limits; publication of a notice does not guarantee its enforceability or bind nonconsenting third parties.

We do not promise avoidance of probate, lower taxes, asset protection, benefits eligibility, a particular inheritance, freedom from disputes, or acceptance by any institution. The Terms of use & liability limits set out the intended allocation of responsibility and the exceptions for protected rights.

Families and attorneys receiving a document

Share the draft and its notices together. Family members, beneficiaries, trustees, executors, and attorneys should independently evaluate it. Your use of the website does not, by itself, bind them to waive independent claims. We provide no professional representation to you or to them.

Jurisdiction and professional boundaries

State and federal requirements change and may depend on residence, property location, marital status, and other facts. A state selection is not a legal determination. The current Nevada workflow has a limited drafting scope; other situations are routed to consultation materials. Seek separate qualified tax, financial, benefits, or medical advice where appropriate.
